New technology LiFi to offer 100 times faster speed than WiFi

The race for connectivity is ever heating up.

There are now reports that a new technology, LiFi will replace WiFi in terms of speeds. It will use light instead of radio waves.

The mobile money game is shaping up...

The shakeup of mobile money industry continues to shake up. As per the last report (APRIL-JUNE 2015) from Communications Authority, the market share (in terms of mobile money subscriptions) stood as follows amount the firms:

The recent announcement that Helios Investment Partners, the London-based private equity firm, once the single-largest shareholder in Equity Bank, had agreed to buy the entire 70 per cent holding of France Telecom in Telkom Kenya is a game changer.

Helios and Equity have a good working relationship and a partnership would be in the offing. Telkom Kenya has a large network which would extend the reach of Finserve services.
