New insights - From Jim Collinss

I love learn learning new things. One of the books I am currently reading is "How the Might Fall" by Jim Collins. He has written two other books but this one is interesting.
Jim writes about things that lead companies which are outstanding to fail. He states that a company will go through five stages before imploding namely:

Hubris of success
Undisciplined pursuit of more
Denial of risk and peril
Grasping for salvation
Capitulation to irrelevance or death

It is interesting how this things can also apply to human beings. What is your view.........
